Are you a passionate leader ready to empower a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing homelessness? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to guide and inspire our frontline staff, ensuring young people receive the support they need to build brighter futures.
In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of youth workers and case managers, fostering a positive and motivated culture. You will play a key role in driving change by shaping and developing programs that provide young people with stability, life skills, and opportunities for independence. As a leader, you will support staff in their professional growth, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to excel in their roles.
