At the heart of this role, you will inspire and engage kind and philanthropic individuals, families, and organisations by creating, cultivating, and developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including alumni, staff and members of the Marist community.
This senior-level appointment, reporting directly to the Headmaster, invites individuals with fundraising experience to apply their expertise in advancing Marists’ philanthropic mission, helping bridge the gap for students who experience barriers to their education.

Key responsibilities include:
Ideally, you have experience as a fundraising manager/director within an educational setting. You thrive in and are motivated by developing, implementing, and managing successful philanthropic programs, including securing major gifts and closing high-value fundraising deals.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy building relationships and rapport with many people. You thrive in a positive, mission-driven environment, collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders alike.
Additionally, you are comfortable with administrative tasks and possess strong written communication and influencing skills. Your experience managing CRM databases and excellent attention to detail allows you to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Most importantly, you are ambitious and driven to help those in need. You are passionate about giving back to a wonderful community and shaping the future of today’s youth.
