Kooweerup Regional Health Service (KRHS) is located in the southern section of the Cardinia Shire in Victoria. The Health Service provides a range of services including Acute Medical, Early Parenting, Palliative Care, Emergency Respite and Aged Care through its Hostel and Nursing Home. Ambulatory Care Services are provided including: District Nursing, Allied Health, Home based Aged Care. They are currently seeking an experienced HR professional for this important management role.

Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resource Manager has the responsibility for providing oversight of Human Resources functions at KRHS providing and/or supporting a wide range of HR services to the organisation. As an organisational support role, the HR Manager works with the leadership team to ensure effective HR processes are in place, as well as to develop a healthy positive workplace culture.

Interested applicants will ideally possess the following qualifications / skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, employee relations or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strategic and operational HR capabilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
