It began in 2009 when Founder, Chris Raine, documented his year long experiment to take a break from drinking in a blog. The organisation has since grown into Australia’s largest alcohol-focused digital health service.
Its flagship technology platform, the Daybreak app, provides free anonymous 24/7 peer support for people to change their relationship with alcohol, whether that is taking a break, cutting back or quitting. Daybreak has had close to 150,000 registrations and is supplemented by a range of other services and tools to support self-directed change.
About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role and the ideal candidate will support the smooth running of Hello Sunday Morning through efficient and accurate administration and compliance processes, to ensure outstanding outcomes and productivity for the whole team.
This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Leadership team and all areas of the business.
You will be responsible for administration support including but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining an effective file management system in MS Teams
- Formatting, editing and layout of MSWord documents including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Creating and managing templates
- Managing agenda creation for Board, Senior Leadership Group and the All Staff Meeting
- Managing travel requirements
- Managing meeting and events
- Assisting with managing expense processes, purchase orders, receipts, and vendor requests
- Assisting with major organisational processes including accreditation and the financial audit
- Assisting with onboarding staff
- Maintaining the asset register
- Maintaining training and professional development register
- Supporting other functions within the organisation including Operations, Marketing, Partnerships and People & Culture.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in administration in a busy complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand priorities, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and display initiative to achieve outcomes with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and positive relationships with all team members
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism and an ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency using a range of software including advanced Microsoft office skills
