We are looking for a Delivery Lead who believes a better way is possible.

In accordance with our values - Connection, Authenticity and Adventure, you will work to develop client relationships, support and lead your own social impact measurement projects in Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, and abroad as well as maintain and strengthen our social impact measurement process.

You will be Accredited as a Huber Social Impact Measurement Consultant and provided professional development opportunities in project management and data analysis skills (if required), forming part of the Huber Social team as we scale our business and accelerate Collective Wellbeing.

Role Description

You will perform the following duties:

Primary duties:

  • Lead and support social impact measurement projects – locally and internationally
  • Project management
  • Facilitation of client workshops (in person and virtual)
  • Basic data analysis, and the ability to draw insights from data
  • Report writing skills
  • Quality assurance

Secondary duties:

  • Participate in improving and strengthening the Huber Social Impact Measurement Process, including identifying opportunities to streamline and/or automate process steps.
  • Participate in marketing activities and events
  • Participate in the broader impact community including sharing lessons learnt and attending events.

Required capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in building professional relationships
  • Demonstrated strong writing skills and research capability.
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder expectation management – able to consider the needs/expectations of people and manage them appropriately  
  • Demonstrated experience Project Management – scheduling and budget management 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience working collaboratively towards a common goal
  • Experience in working independently and managing your own workload
  • Creativity/Layered thinking - ability to take a process and apply it in different circumstances 
  • Outcome thinking - remain clear on the outcome and adapt the method as required
  • Cultural competency and Open Mindedness - understand there are different worldviews, refrain from holding judgment, ability to suspend one's own view of the world and be open to understanding someone else's 
  • Mature level of self-awareness - knowing our ability and our limits 
  • Strong interpersonal skills–seeking to understand over seeking to respond.   
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation

Additional preferred capabilities (not required):

  • Practical experience or qualifications in social impact measurement, local community or international development, social work, foreign affairs
  • At least a bachelor’s degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in Development Studies, Politics and Foreign Affairs, Human Rights, Psychology or Sociology with coursework completed in Research Method.
  • Experience in consulting
  • Experience in writing reports and/or designing PowerPoint presentations and/or dashboards (e.g., using PowerBI, Tableau, Bokeh, Flask) and delivering presentations of analytical findings to audiences from a non-statistical background.
  • Data analysis skills

Commitment

The role is full time and predominately remote. The applicant must be based on Sydney (or have the ability to travel to Sydney for required team office days), or Aotearoa New Zealand (with the ability to travel to the Kirikiriroa Hamilton, Waikato for required team office days),

Remuneration

Huber Social is a profit-for-purpose business meaning all ‘profits’ are distributed back into our social initiatives and not paid out to shareholders.

  • Starting renumeration AUD$85,000 p.a. plus superannuation.
