An exciting opportunity is available for an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Advisor (Service Systems Lead) to join Hudson Institute of Medical Research, Australia's leading Medical Research Institute.
As the OHS Advisor (Service Systems Lead), you will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of Hudson Institute's OHS service system and platform framework. Your primary focus will be on enhancing online platforms for OHS and records management, driving the analysis, streamlining, and simplification of OHS processes. Utilising your leadership and engagement skills, you'll foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the OHS team.
In addition to managing the OHS service system, you will oversee an online library of processes, OHS records, and tracking of inductions and training, contributing to the broader functions of the Health and Safety team. Acting as the first point of contact for all OHS matters, injury management, and emergency management, you'll also facilitate and maintain OHS communications within the Hudson Institute.
The OHS Advisor (Service Systems Lead) is an integral part of the Health and Safety team and will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager.

This position is available in a Full time or Part time (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) capacity. Salary is based on Scientific Support Group Tap 6. As a not-for-profit organisation, employees have access to generous salary packaging options.
