This is a newly created role heading up all community aged care services including Home Care Packages and a range of Commonwealth Home Support Program services. The role is multi-faceted and will see you leading and developing the team, growing client numbers and revenue, providing clinical support and oversight and managing day-to-day operations (eg, quality assurance, audits, finance, reporting). As part of the organisation’s leadership team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategic direction.
You have a passion for making a difference in the lives of aged community members and understand the value of social connection and clinical support in maintaining their well-being.
With a strong knowledge of and substantial experience in the in-home aged care sector, you a deep knowledge of client care, regulatory requirements and reporting. You are adept at working with a diverse client base and can effectively engage with both clients and their families. You are a collaborative and consultative leader with a commitment to supporting and developing your team. You also bring a track record of success in developing and managing services and growing revenue.
You will need a driver’s licence for this role and the successful candidate will need national police check and Working With Children Check.
