Hume Council are seeking motivated Maternal and Child Health Nurses with a positive approach to service delivery to join our team. To be successful for this position you will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency as a Nurse and Midwife and evidence of completion of a Graduate Diploma or Master's in Child and Family Health.

MCH positions are available as either a full time 38 hours per week or part time for less than 38 hours per week or casual.

  1. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  2. Demonstrated effective communication skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  3. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, confidential records of daily activities, child/family profiles and maintain other documentation as required; in accordance with relevant standards and privacy requirements.
