About the role

The Change Manager is responsible for driving change management activities across projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring they progress smoothly from concept to operational integration in line with IBA’s project and change management framework. This role operates within the PMO, ensuring that change management is fully embedded, stakeholders are embracing the change and equipped with the tools to support them.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • At least 5 years Change Management experience.
  • Experience with organisational wide change within the Government and/or Not for Profit sector.
  • Adequate experience in process mapping, data analysis and systems to undertake effective change impact assessments.
  • Strong leadership in project governance and change delivery, ensuring clear communication, alignment and accountability.
  • High-level risk management and problem-solving ability, ensuring challenges are identified and mitigated early.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal and active listening skills to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
