Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations, to work within its Investor Relations (IR) team. This is a full-time permanent position, which can be based in several aforementioned major City across Australia.

To achieve this IBA provides a range of services for First Nations Australians to create wealth, accumulate assets, take up investment opportunities, create business enterprises that provide additional employment opportunities, and to purchase homes.
IBA’s Investment & Asset Management program uses its capital base, skills and expertise, to build & manage a substantial portfolio of investments and generate economic impact for First Nations Australians via financial returns, commercial capability development, employment, training and supply chain outcomes.
The program has a long history of over 30 years of successful investment alongside Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander organisations, with an investment portfolio valued at over $580 million.
The Manager, Impact & Investor Relations contributes to the development of successful and sustainable relationships with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander co-investors in IBA Investment products.
The role is required to develop lasting, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective Indigenous co-investors in investment solutions offered by IBA, managing the relationships with such co-investors and enabling the Investor Relations team to deliver a professional investment reporting and support service, with a focus on the IBA Fund products.
A key focus is building the pipeline of potential new investors, as well as contributing to product development and improvement initiatives, and the delivery of investment workshops and other capacity development activities.
