ABOUT ETAC and the ISSUES WE WORK WITH

ETAC is a registered Australian charity with international activities. The principal object for which ETAC has been established is to end forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in China and seek justice for the victims, and to advance knowledge of, and promote education about, human rights and values regarding organ trafficking, specifically, the forced removal and trafficking of organs from prisoners of conscience in China. Watch the explainer video for a brief yet comprehensive overview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2bUusvh3c0

ETAC initiated the China Tribunal (www.chinatribunal.com), an independent people’s tribunal chaired by Sir Geoffrey Nice KC, that assessed all available evidence and concluded that forced organ harvesting has been happening for a substantial period of time in China to a very substantial number of victims.

ETAC works extensively with a recently published 'world first' business and human rights legal advisory report and policy guidance 'Do No Harm' authored by Global Rights Compliance. For more information about Do No Harm visit https://globalrightscompliance.com/project/do-no-harm-policy-guidance-and-legal-advisory-report/ and watch the explainer video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-bui7E9Mng&t=6s

ETAC is an independent, non-partisan organisation. We are not aligned with any political party, religious or spiritual group, government or any other national or international institution. Our members are from a range of backgrounds, belief systems, religions and ethnicities. We share a common commitment to supporting human rights and ending the horror of forced organ harvesting. www.endtransplantabuse.org.
