Are you comfortable providing hands-on support for all aspects of personal care as well as for mobility as required? We have an opportunity for you to add value to our resident's life everyday!
We are looking for empathetic, adaptable Part Time Support Workers in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) program in Hurstville, to support our new resident on a 1:1 basis. We have roster patterns of 20 – 32 hours per week with shifts of varying lengths between 7am and 11pm.
Our SIL program provides 24/7 residential support for people who have complex mental health, a psychosocial disability, an intellectual disability and/or physical health needs. Our Support Workers actively engage the people we support in their daily living, building their capacity & independence, providing stability & supporting them with their recovery journey.
The current Part Time opportunity provides dedicated 1:1 support to a SIL resident with Complex Autism & Challenging behaviour in Hurstville. Roster patterns of 20-32 hours per week are available with varying shift lengths between 7am and 11pm. These dedicated 1:1 shifts are remunerated equivalent to Level 3 SCHADS Award, plus leave loading, superannuation & salary packaging.
