We are looking for empathetic, adaptable part-time & Casual Support Workers across our 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) program in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Southern Sydney, to support our residents to build capacity & develop voice, choice, control & independence.
Our SIL program provides 24/7 residential support for people who have complex mental health, a psychosocial disability, an intellectual disability, and/or physical health needs. Our Support Workers actively engage the people we support in their daily living, building their capacity & independence, providing stability & supporting them with their recovery journey.
We currently have part-time & Casual opportunities across our sites in the Southerland Shire, South Sydney Area, and some in the Eastern Suburbs, with regular shift patterns available, specifically sleepover shifts and short-day shifts. Starting remuneration based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience in line with Level 2 SCHADS Award, plus leave loading, superannuation & salary packaging.
