Access Health and Community (AccessHC) is seeking an experienced Child and Family Leader to support a high-performing trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals, delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable services for children (0-12 years) and their families. Reporting to the Senior Manager Child and Family, this leadership role, based in outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, focuses on driving team growth, performance excellence, and service innovation across block-funded and consumer-directed care streams.]
With a strong emphasis on risk management, quality improvement, and integrated care, the Child and Family Manager will foster a thriving, engaged team while ensuring seamless, evidence-based service delivery that meets community needs.
