Join our team as a Community Engagement Outreach Worker and make a real difference in the lives of socially isolated individuals in the Boroondara and Manningham areas. In this vital community-based role, you'll build strong connections with people, helping them access health and social services through local programs like social prescribing and care finders. You’ll also support collaboration with other health and community organisations, contribute to program improvement, and may supervise volunteers. Your lived experience, cultural understanding, or community language skills will be highly valued in fostering trust and inclusion. Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team creating meaningful change. This is a Permanent Part-time 0.6 EFT position reporting the Manager, Community Access & Outreach with the flexibility to be based in Hawthorn or Doncaster.
