We are dedicated to providing mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and wellbeing services to young people aged 12-25. Our mission is to create an empowering environment where young people feel encouraged to seek help and thrive.
We are seeking a casual receptionist who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion to work and deliver exceptional customer service within a community service environment. This role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence with a warm personality and the ability to provide a heartfelt and welcoming first point of contact to the service for young people and their families/friends seeking support.
Candidates must possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to provide efficient administrative support to the team, processing all Medicare billing for the GP and mental health clinicians, booking and rebooking client appointments, and registering/receiving new referrals. This role requires working a fixed Wednesday at Hawthorn, you might also be available to relieve some annual leave or days off, of the other receptionists.
