<p>Independent Living Assessment (iLA) is for-purpose organisation with a focus on empowering people living within the Australian community, to increase their knowledge and take steps towards maintaining their independence at home and in their community. Operating across the broader community sector, iLA currently delivers Regional Assessment Service, and a range of digital-first initiatives including LiveUp, KeepAble Sector Support &amp; Development, and AT Chat navigation and peer mentoring programs.</p>
<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated Project Lead to drive the expansion of our Keep Able offering. This role is key to our project's success, focusing on growing our services by speeding up content development, engaging our community, and working with digital partners to enhance user experience quickly. You will coordinate with other projects within iLA to ensure we meet our goals efficiently and on time.</p>
<p>Working closely with the Program Manager and the project team, you'll oversee progress to ensure we achieve our objectives.</p>
<h3>Key tasks include:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work with the Program Manager and other key stakeholders (including staff leading work in the KeepAble Transformation Project) to develop, communicate, and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the expansion of KeepAble</li>
<li>Manage the delivery of project initiatives and enhancements, including working with external vendors</li>
<li>Align and coordinate across the KeepAble Expansion and Transformation project streams ensuring projects work collaboratively to achieve shared goals</li>
<li>Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities related to the project and problem-solve these with the Program Manager, focusing on solutions and ways to mitigate risks.</li>
<li>Develop and implement internal processes to enable us to accelerate content development</li>
<li>Ensure all operational and administrative processes are undertaken in accordance with established policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Lead, participate and/or engage in all activities that relate to Group strategic initiatives and key issues.</li>
<li>Ensure cultural optimisation through implementing and engaging in fit-for-purpose cultural programs and embedding these within the group, including being a leading champion.</li>
</ul>
<h3>About You</h3>
<p>You will possess a blend of leadership, project management, and change management skills, along with an in-depth understanding of industry best practices and strategic business insights along with:</p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant degree qualification and/or significant relevant industry and positional experience is required.</li>
<li>Project management qualification or certification would be well regarded.</li>
<li>A minimum of three years&rsquo; experience leading, coordinating, or managing projects</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills with ability to achieve business outcomes within defined timeframes and budgets.</li>
<li>Experience with or exposure to the aged care and/or disability sector (desirable)</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Sound leadership skills with ability to achieve business outcomes within defined timeframes and budgets.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills</li>
