Impact You Will Have

The Fundraising Campaign Coordinator is a newly created role that will support the Acquisition Manager with the expansion and diversification of donor acquisition strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of individual donors across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

This role is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the multi-channel (face-to-face, telemarketing, and digital) supporter acquisition program to maximise income generation. In this position, you will collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Acquisition Manager to deliver and develop fundraising programs across multiple channels (face-to-face, direct response TV, direct mail, digital, and SMS).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage suppliers to ensure programs are on time and within budget.
• Ensure fundraising activities are compliant, follow brand guidelines, and uphold the reputation of World Animal Protection in Australia & New Zealand.
• Contribute ideas and provide insights to improve fundraising operations.
• Analyse results, and provide timely reports, insights, and evaluations to guide investment decisions.
• Offer administrative support, including managing contracts and processing invoices.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications or proven success in fundraising, marketing, administration, or related fields.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Experience in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in project or campaign management.
• Skilled in documenting processes and procedures effectively.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector or a strong passion and desire to learn.
• A genuine passion for animal welfare.
