We are partnering with Domestic Violence NSW Service Management (DVSM) to recruit a HR Business Partner Lead.
You will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring best-practice people management across the organisation.

DVSM is an innovative and bold not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to supporting individuals facing domestic and family violence (DFV) and homelessness through crisis assistance, outreach, safe housing, child support, and specialist counselling across NSW. Their services provide immediate safety and long-term recovery pathways, helping individuals and families rebuild their lives.
As HR Business Partner Lead, you will help shape a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture, ensuring employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute to DVSM’s mission. By equipping leaders with the right tools and strategies, you’ll enhance employee well-being, strengthen learning and development programs, and attract top talent through end-to-end recruitment.
Your expertise in HR best practices and compliance will make you a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations issues. You will foster a fair, transparent, and engaged workplace, enabling DVSM to continue delivering critical support to the communities they serve.
