Youth Insearch is Australia's leading peer-led youth trauma recovery organisation, empowering young people since 1985. Through transformative support groups and workshops, Youth Insearch foster vital peer-to-peer connections, equipping participants with the skills to build self-esteem, regain control of their lives, and contribute positively to society.
As the Philanthropy and Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing essential funding to support the impactful programs of Youth Insearch.
Reporting to the General Manager of Fundraising and Marketing, your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new relationships with Trusts and Foundations, major donors, bequests, and corporate partners, while also strengthening connections with existing supporters. You will work closely with internal teams to craft compelling grant applications and funding proposals, ensuring exceptional donor stewardship throughout.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a program that is still in its infancy, with huge potential for growth. We are seeking a motivated, self-starting fundraiser who is eager to shape and expand this critical area of fundraising.
We are looking for someone passionate about engaging with a diverse range of donors through written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
