Exciting opportunity to be a part of coordinating and executing learning and development initiatives that make a difference in the lives of older Australians across our communities.
Older Persons Advocacy Networks (OPAN) is a national network of independent member organisations that give a voice to older people who are eligible or receiving aged care services.
The network provides free, confidential, aged care advocacy, information and education to older Australians, their families or representatives. OPAN works with the government to influence aged care policy through systemic advocacy.
Their collective vision is of a society where older people are heard, informed and respected, and where they can enjoy and exercise their rights to live fulfilling lives.

As a key driver behind the design and implementation of training aligned with the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) Activity Work Plan, you’ll empower aged care advocates across the country with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
With your experience and skills using Learning Management Systems, you'll be the go-to in modern adult learning, crafting innovative learning development opportunities that elevate the capability of the aged care advocacy workforce. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and independent advocacy for older Australians nationwide.
