Team benefits
- Full time role with every second Friday off (i.e. compressing the hours from 10 business days into 9 working days)

The position
Join our dynamic and growing team of management consultants, working collaboratively to deliver a diverse range of projects.
You will possess a working knowledge or a deep interest in at least one of our sectors of focus. While not mandatory, professional services or consulting experience will be looked upon favourably.
You will actively contribute to projects from inception to completion within a structured, team-based environment. In your role, you will work closely with the Directors of the business, project managers and a diverse range of clients and stakeholders (from service users to senior personnel, including CEOs and Board members).

The work that you will be doing includes:
- Client and stakeholder engagement: Participating in key client meetings and liaising with key stakeholders. Building relationships with client contacts and maintaining these beyond the life of the project
- Project Coordination: Actively coordinate the progress of projects and project activities, ensuring that they run to timelines and budget
- Research& Analysis (including desktop and consumer/stakeholder research)
- Facilitation and Consultation: Coordinating and supporting focus groups and 1:1 consultations
- Report writing and deliverables: Contributing to the development of reports and final deliverables, ensuring content (including visual) is communicated with impact and cut through messaging
- Internal: Providing assistance to other parts of the business where required, as we continue to grow.
- All work will be done in close collaboration with other consultants, who will provide the support and coaching that allow you to develop into a high-performing consultant.
About you
- 1 – 2 years professional experience (management consulting experience will be looked upon favourably)
- Interest and/or experience working in at least one of Impact Co.’s sectors of focus
- Passion for consulting and working across a wide range of projects, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Experience working across multiple projects at the same time and ability to manage tight (and overlapping) deadlines
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a dynamic, team-based environment across a variety of projects
- Structured thinker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, pushing to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral
- Creative thinker, with a desire to do things better
- Desire to forge a career in impact-led consulting
