Our Impact Advisory team offers tailored strategic advice to organisations and collaborations looking to increase their impact and sustainability.

In 2025, our team is growing! We are currently undertaking a broad range of impactful projects across this service offering and are scaling both our capacity building and impact advisory offerings and now we’re looking for an Impact Consultant or Specialist to join us in helping leaders navigate different growth and systems challenges.
Current clients include State Government (DPLH and DPIRD), KeyStart, Juluwarlu Aborignal Corporation, WA Return Recycle Renew, Volunteering WA, CBH, Woodside, the Pilbara Ranger Network (various funders), Rio Tinto, St Pat’s, Perth NRM, South 32, Youth Focus plus a range of social enterprises such as The Keeping Place, Aboriginal Arts Centre Hub WA, Mettle Women, Reboot and Redrawn.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment and enjoys working across multiple sectors and with a broad range of clients. You’ll provide practical, hands-on support to companies, government, Aboriginal corporations, and impact-driven enterprises helping them to increase their impact and sustainability.
As a key member of our team, we are looking for an Impact Consultant or Specialist with strong leadership, problem solving, analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, to support our rapidly growing impact advisory practice. This role would suit a candidate with at least 5 (Consultant) or 8 (Specialist) years’ experience in consulting, problem solving or program management roles in a private sector, government or social impact organisation.
Impact Consultants work on engagements as part of a team and are usually managed by an Impact Specialist or Director. Impact Specialists lead projects with support provided by Directors. A typical engagement lasts between 3-6 months and a Consultant or Specialist will normally work on two-three engagements at a time.

Strong academic record including a graduate degree from a recognised program in Business, Social Science, Sustainability, Public Policy/Administration, Law, or other equivalent.
