Utilise your experience and qualifications as a Disability Support Worker at Independence Australia to support our wide variety of clients, with the flexibility in hours and locations.

Our male client located in Pearcedale requires supports with the following duties:

• Personal Care.
• Catheter Care.
• Bowel Care.
• Community Access.
• Medication Management.
• Hoisting/Transfers.

To be successful in the role and to join the Independence Australia Team, you will:

• Hold a certificate III or IV in Disability, or Aged Care, or similar.
• Have experience in caring for disabled individuals.
• Possess current Police Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR certificates, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Complete mandatory modules for Infection Control and NDIS Worker Orientation.
• Be fully covid-19 vaccinated.

In return for your hard work for Independence Australia, you will receive $32-$42 per hour, have ongoing mentoring and upskilling, and enjoy supporting our clients to maintain independent living.
