The opportunity with Interchange:

We are looking for a Quality Lead to join our team. The role works closely with clients, family members and key stakeholders to ensure the people we support have appropriate plans and safeguarding in place to meet their needs, and plays a vital part in overseeing the quality management and compliance systems in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements.

What would your main daily activities be?

• Work closely with customers and operational leaders to ensure the delivery of quality supports.
• Monitor and investigate incidents as required and provide sound recommendations.
• Look for opportunities and implement continuous improvement.
• Identify and help reduce service risks and help your team to stay safe.
• Compliance and support planning to ensure customer goals are supported.
• Work constructively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and the best outcomes for customers.
