An opportunity exists for a suitably skilled and experienced Human Resource Development Officer to join the Business Operations team. They will be responsible for overseeing all of the HR related functions of the organisation undertaking a range of duties encompassing all aspects of recruitment, induction and training with a strong administrative focus and attention to detail. Guidance and advice on HR related matters as well as contributing to HR related strategy and objectives are also key components of the role. The person we are seeking for this position will have a keen eye for process improvement, assist in systems enhancement initiatives and will actively contribute to a vibrant, collaborative, team focused environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of Diploma in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Graduates are welcome to apply. Demonstrated experience working in a similar recruitment or HR generalist role would be advantageous. Knowledge of the community and not for profit sectors would be favourable but not essential. This is up to a full time position, part-time hours can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
