This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community, who is abreast of social issues and has the ability to identify and address the effects on our community and provide positive solutions.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to coach, develop and support a team of Case Managers, Counsellors and the Children's Contact Service.
This position will oversee services in Sydney North, Blue Mountains & Hornsby areas.
This is a Permanent Part-time position based in Hornsby, working 30 hours per week with some occasional evening or weekend work required.
Salary of $113,626.50 per annum (pro-rata) + 11.5% superannuation
In this role, you will be responsible for:
You possess a relevant degree in psychology, social work, counselling, social science or related discipline. You are calm and approachable and are skilled at discussing sensitive subject matter in a safe and respectful way. You have experience managing and supporting multiple teams across different locations, and possess strong clinical skills, team dynamics, negotiation and conflict management, interpersonal skills, and ethical standards.
Prior experience in working with Counsellors, Case Managers - male victims of domestic family violence, children's contact services and with families & children experiencing separation will be highly regarded.
