Provide high-quality relationship counselling services to clients, including families, couples and individuals, with an emphasis on the impact of the presenting issues on the family and/or relationship. This role will also facilitate group programs, seminars, and workshops, and provide case planning and management processes with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
Having the relevant qualifications, a passion for and the experience in providing relationship counselling services, reflective practice and good foundational skills in using technology, will see you succeed in this role.
The position will be required to deliver flexible work from home and face to face relationship counselling services, with the inclusion of parent / family counselling at headspace offices located in Katoomba and Mount Druitt once a week. Face to face counselling will also be required at our Hornsby office when needed.
Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026, working 30 hours per week, including one evening shift, working from 12pm to 8pm. This position is in line with a SCHADS Award Level 5, the current hourly rate is $53.24ph, plus 11.5% superannuation.
