The Strategy Team at IPART are looking for a Principal Advisor, Aboriginal Engagement to join their close-knit team of four. This role will have a key focus on providing advice and support on engaging and working with Aboriginal organisations, businesses and communities.
Reporting into the Director, Strategy this role also contributes to the development, implementation and management of capability building initiatives across IPART. The role will also have input to broader corporate strategy and strategic projects.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to lead the development of IPART’s Aboriginal engagement strategy and related capability. The successful applicant will have excellent community and stakeholder relationship skills, be able to think outside the box and be passionate about the development and success of Aboriginal organisations, businesses, and communities.
This role requires you to be a solution orientated self-starter who values working in a cohesive and driven team. You will need to be comfortable operating independently but will be well supported to successfully deliver initiatives and outcomes. You will also need to be able to think strategically and creatively to deliver results within a constrained environment.
The salary range for the position is $151,046 - $162,663 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
