We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to be part of the Single Assessment Service (SAS) aged care assessment program for IPC Health. Working with a supportive internal team and collaborating with a consortium of partner organisations, you will possess exceptional customer service skills and experience working in the health or aged care sectors. The SAS program supports older persons, who are 65 years and above (or 50 years for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people), who are eligible for aged care services and supports across Hobsons Bay, Brimbank, Wyndham and Melton LGAs.
You will provide strong administrative support, working closely and in collaboration with our full time Administration Officer, to our team of multidisciplinary Aged Cared Assessors to ensure coordinated and collaborative service delivery, enabling high quality care to our clients.
Your duties would include but not limited to providing a friendly, welcoming and highly professional point of our engagement for our clients, project partners and key stakeholders, supporting administration functions across the team, assisting with client appointment diary management, collecting client information in a sensitive manner and with respect to privacy and confidentiality.
Your well-developed technical skills including Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel will enable you to further support the team with accurate and timely client record management, data collection and reporting to support program objectives.
The role is a Part time (3 days per week) and Fixed Term (Special Project) opportunity until 30 June 2027.
