IPC Health is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and team orientated cardiac rehabilitation nurse to provide cardiac assessment and management services within our new cardiac rehabilitation program in the Brimbank LGA. The role includes individual assessment, therapy, along with coordinating and delivering education presentations primarily on campus, with a mix of groups and individual sessions, consultation may also occur via telehealth. There is an opportunity for some hybrid working (onsite and working from home).
The role will work closely with the current cardiac rehab coordinator, cardiac rehab team and other allied health team members and is primarily based at our Deer Park campus, with occasional attendance at our Hoppers crossing site.
This role is integral in the assessment and rehabilitation journey of clients who following a cardio-respiratory event and or surgery and involves both individual and group interventions.
