Role Purpose

The Quality Assurance Claims Officer provides QPA expertise and support to Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions employees/managers to ensure that contractual obligations are met, financial recovery risk is removed and in a timely and accurate manner. You will across both NDIS and DES programs and to assist in records and data management and support compliance through regular monitoring of service delivery systems via audit schedule. 

You Will 

• Process claims in accordance with our process and procedure, including logging claims in a timely manner, maintaining claims records, and ensuring compliance with internal process and contractual guidelines. Research, report and resolve payment evidence discrepancies and support staff to apply adjustments prior to claims submission.
• Support our employee claims/compliance knowledge through advisory services, providing answers and advice to Operations staff and Managers as required
• Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines and report any opportunities to maximise revenue to the Claims Coordinator
• Support QPA systems, third party systems (ESS web, NDIS PRODA portal, JETS, SAGE) and CIR portal management

Essential Skills and Capabilities 

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
• High attention to detail and a strong numerical skill set
• Possess strong self-management abilities, time management and task Prioritisation
• Problem Solving and ability to use initiative
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Conditions of Employment 

• This position is required to undertake all necessary National Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening check. All checks must be renewed upon expiry in a timely manner.
• All employees are required to prove their ‘right to work’ in Australia by providing copies of appropriate documentation prior to commencement.
• Relevant industry experience & suitable qualifications
• COVID Vaccination Certificate
