There is an opportunity for a talented individual with SEO experience to join our team located in the inner-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to work directly with senior management to:

• Lead, develop and execute new ideas in digital-customer communication
• Monitor, modify and analyse existing digital ad campaigns
• Optimise digital marketing budgets
• Maintain our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn sites
• Identify insights and provide recommendations to improve digital ad campaigns
• Develop and expand digital ad campaigns to reach our target market segments and achieve targeted outcomes

Whilst initially a permanent part time role (approximately 20hrs per week), there is scope for this role to expand to full time.

Key Criteria

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• Passion and understanding for delivering measurable outcomes from digital marketing
• Experience in Google Analytics, SEO and Google Adwords
• Understanding of market segmentation

• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Punctuality and reliability
• Initiative, accuracy, attention-to-detail and outcome-focus

Tertiary qualification in a marketing or communications field is preferred.
