About the role

Are you passionate about women’s health and skilled in forging strategic corporate partnerships? This role is for you!

Jean Hailes is seeking a dynamic Commercial Partnerships Manager to drive our corporate partnership strategy and revenue generation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of partnership agreements to support innovation and growth in women’s health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential corporate partners that align with Jean Hailes' values and goals.
  • Design customized partnership packages, including sponsorships, co-marketing, and fundraising opportunities to support Jean Hailes’ mission.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track partnership outcomes, measuring success against KPIs and providing insightful reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership activities align with organizational objectives and support the broader health initiatives, including Women's Health Week.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sponsorships and how to design win-win partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience or knowledge of women’s health and related sectors.
