Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of tax legislation
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent organisational, communication skills, and a strong attention to detail

- NDIS Worker Check
- Police Check
- A personal, Christian faith that will allow participation in the planning and delivery of distinctively Christian care within and for the Presbyterian Church of NSW

Responsibilities:
In alignment with Strategic and Operational Plans:
- Supporting the CEO with the management of the overall finances of Jericho Road, including all relevant reporting and legislative requirements
- Development, implementation and management of annual budgets
- Management of Jericho Road’s individual business unit budgets (Early Childhood Services, Chaplaincy, Admin, Counselling, Allowah, and Conduct Protocol Unit) in conjunction with the respective programme managers and executive
- Establish and lead the ongoing management of NDIS client billing processes
- Providing monthly and ad hoc financial reports to the CEO
- Monitoring financial KPIs and report regularly to the CEO on progress
- Assisting the CEO and Director of Partnerships with grant applications
- Responsible for invoices and management of procurement within approved budgets and delegations, including credit card reconciliation processes
- Assisting with procurement when required
- Assisting with the Development of long-range forecasts and maintenance of long-range financial plans for each program
- Managing the Finance team including conducting performance appraisals, delegation, and development of employees
- Contributing to strategic development initiatives
- In conjunction with Allowah’s Facility Manager, maintaining accurate contract register and records of insurance
- Provide support and expertise to programme managers as directed by the CEO to assist in the continued growth of new and existing service offerings from a finance aspect
