The Senior P&D Business Partner predominantly focuses on employee and industrial Relations in addition to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of JCV people strategy, policies, procedures, guidelines, interpretation of relevant Acts, Regulations and Industrial agreements. This is a full-time position based in our Head Office on St Kilda Road, with hybrid working arrangements. 

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Implement Key People Strategies in your business unit.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable)
