Your responsibilities will include: engaging in heartfelt conversations over a cup of tea, joining clients on enjoyable outings, and helping them easily navigate their daily routines. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing their social interactions and connection to the community.

Additionally, you may be involved in the following tasks to ensure that the individuals you support feel safe and cared for in their own homes:

• Light housekeeping tasks
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Record keeping

Please note that the role involves a variety of shifts in, including mornings and afternoons. We also receive different requests from clients. Our goal is to match you with the right shifts while helping you achieve your preferred hours.
