Position Overview

We are seeking a General Support Worker who is adaptable and compassionate to assist clients with complex mental health needs and neurological disabilities. In this essential role, you will help clients navigate daily living tasks and provide support that enhances their quality of life.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Compassionate Care Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
• Tailored Support: Implement individualised care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Monitoring Well-Being: Observe and report any changes in client behavior or well-being to healthcare professionals and family members.
• Create a Safe Space: Foster a supportive environment that promotes mental and emotional health.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage Clients Facilitate meaningful activities that encourage independence and enhance quality of life.
• Documentation: accurate records of care provided and client progress.
• Transportation: Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.

Employment Structure:
