Based in the Melbourne CBD, our high-profile client is iconic, and provides outstanding support to its community. It does this by providing personalised assistance to its members, such as advocacy, health and well-being services, financial assistance, and counselling.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager, Development is responsible for leading and managing the Development/Fundraising team to grow revenue and establish business processes.
You will be hands-on, yet have experience in leading a small fundraising team, and in developing a successful fundraising function.
You would also have experience in Corporate Partnerships, Major Appeals, and ideally (but not necessarily) Gifts in Wills / Bequests, as well as:
This is a full-time, permanent position. A competitive salary package is on offer of $140K plus superannuation, and full PBI/NFP salary packaging arrangements. A hybrid working arrangement is also available.
