Jesuit Refugee Service Australia is seeking a Fundraising and Operations Coordinator to join our Strategy and Operations Team. This part-time position will commence in mid-April 2025 until 17 December 2025 with the possibility of extension pending additional funding.
A passion for and a commitment to ensuring the rights of forcibly displaced people is essential and people with lived experience of displacement are strongly encouraged to apply.
Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is an international Catholic organisation with a mission to accompany, serve and advocate for the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people. The Fundraising & Operations Coordinator supports JRS Australia’s sustainability and impact by driving fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and operational efficiency. This role ensures the effective management of fundraising campaigns, stakeholder relationships, and internal processes to secure financial and practical support for refugees and people seeking asylum.
Essential requirements:
The Fundraising and Operations Coordinator will report to the Head of Strategy and Operational Sustainability and collaborate closely with internal staff and volunteers to drive effective community engagement, fundraising initiatives, and operational efficiency.
