Position overview

The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to provide high quality legal research material on sentencing, criminal procedure and evidence for the purpose of assisting courts in the exercise of the judicial function. The role offers:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in law
• Extensive knowledge and legal practice experience in criminal law (at least four years PAE)
• High level analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to write and publish high quality legal research material

*Total remuneration package from $110,708 to $122,547 (including salary range from $99,431 to $110,064 pa, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading).
