As a Housing Portfolio Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating safe, connected, and sustainable communities. This role offers you the exciting opportunity to oversee housing management, income management, and community engagement activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our tenants. You will provide strategic direction, mentor staff, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance tenancy operations. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, directing, and evaluating day-to-day tenancy operations, ensuring compliance with legislative standards and organisational policies. Your expertise in managing complex tenancy matters, providing technical advice, and delivering quality tenancy services will also be crucial.

About You:

We are seeking a highly driven person who:

  • Holds experience leading and managing staff
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills at an operational level
  • Has experience and knowledge of tenancy management principles
  • Has work experience or an understanding of the Transitional Housing and Supportive Housing Programs
  • Possesses an understanding of not-for-profit growth housing provider compliance requirements

You Will Need To:
