ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION

Just SDA Management is a Social Enterprise that operates within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider which means we are responsible for providing and managing properties that support individuals living with complex disabilities or high support needs. We provide a role similar to that of a Property Management organisation with the additional layers of complexity, compliance and audit measures required when working within the NDIS sector.

We are based in South East Queensland, however we also have projects in New South Wales and South Australia. We also have others projects under construction in Victoria to help support our disability community in this regions have access to suitable, safe and accessible housing.

We are proud to have a diverse workforce that includes individuals with lived experience of a broad range of disabilities as this provides valuable insights and experience to support other individuals on their SDA housing journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Marketing and Administration Support team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational and marketing activities of our SDA services in South East Queensland and other states as we continue to expand. You will be responsible for assisting with coordinating marketing initiatives, driving and managing our social media and marketing channels, providing support with administrative and event coordination tasks and and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders to promote our services and enhance our organisational efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with a background in marketing, branding and advertising. This may be with a Bachelor or Diploma studies in marketing, communications, business, administration or other related field or equivalent work experience. This experience will assist you with the necessary skills to thrive in this self-driven role. If you are innovative, creative and a great problem solver, this role will be perfect for you. If you love working in an energetic team and enjoy working in a hybrid working environment then you better apply, this is the role for you.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

This role is a flexible part-time role which can evolve into a full-time role (if desired) over time. We believe in flexible working arrangements. We have an office in Kedron, Brisbane where some of our team work from, this role can also work from here or remotely, whichever the preference. The role is relatively flexible with working hours as most of the work is not time-dependent or specific, we will still need the successful candidate to work with and engage with team members and support any key business functions during business hours where required, but try to be as flexible as possible.
