We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Executive Team at Karla Kuliny. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organisation, including Human Resources, Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Marketing and Communications, and Continuous Improvement.
The Business Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting our strategic objectives and operational needs, working collaboratively with the CEO, Program Manager, and Team Leader Community Foster Care and Home Stretch. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our programs and help us achieve our vision and purpose.
This role is ideal for an operational leader with strong organisational skills, strategic acumen, and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes in the community sector
