We are seeking reliable, resourceful and dedicated Support Workers to assist NDIS participants by providing the support they need to succeed in all aspects of daily living.
Kyabra’s Support Workers are expected to work directly with NDIS participants (on an individual basis) in their home(s) and in the community, completing duties which may include:
The successful candidate is expected to have availability to work a variety of shifts (minimum 2 hours per shift) for a minimum of 25-30 hours per week across mornings, evenings and weekends as required to support participants.
The ideal Support Worker is passionate about working alongside people who have a disability by assisting and empowering them to live their best life. As a Support Worker, you will seek to improve each person’s quality of life by making valuable connections, providing meaningful support and fostering an individual’s strengths in order to assist them with achieving their goals.
