Role Purpose:
As the Quality and Risk Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the regulatory and risk ecosystem within KCC. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, manage the policy framework, and lead quality and risk management practices. Your leadership will foster a high-performing, engaged culture. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- RTO Quality, Safety, Accreditation, and Compliance: Ensure service delivery quality, manage RTO registration processes, and stay updated on regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Implement and maintain a Risk Management Framework, lead risk registers, and provide insightful reporting.
- Scope Development: Prepare business cases for new training programs and respond to regional demands.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Manage and update the organisation's library of policies, standards, and procedures.
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reporting: Develop and report on the organisation's impact on the community and environment.
- Leadership: Develop and support direct reports, ensuring quality service delivery and a cohesive team culture.
