About The Role:

You will play a key role in developing, implementing and evaluating our training programs. You will work closely with the CEO as an integral part of the Leadership Team to ensure our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of VET Training Coordinators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet enrolment and student outcome targets.
  • Ensure compliance with ASQA standards and funding requirements.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Secure partnerships and funding to support program growth.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation.
  • Address and resolve student and staff issues promptly.

About You:

You have credibility in the vocational education and training industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. An adept people manager, you can execute change initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. You will have financial acumen and experience in managing a complex budget. You are across the nuances of RTO operations and compliance requirements and can engage with industry partners to ensure we are meeting their needs.

Qualifications required:

  • Degree in Education, Vocational Training, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver's license and access to a registered personal vehicle.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
