You will play a key role in developing, implementing and evaluating our training programs. You will work closely with the CEO as an integral part of the Leadership Team to ensure our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You have credibility in the vocational education and training industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. An adept people manager, you can execute change initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. You will have financial acumen and experience in managing a complex budget. You are across the nuances of RTO operations and compliance requirements and can engage with industry partners to ensure we are meeting their needs.
