Kiama Community College Ltd is a growing not-for-profit adult community education provider, keen to expand our social impact. To accommodate our growth, we are seeking a very special individual to perform the role of Training Services Manager.

The Training Services Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of Training Co-ordinators and ensuring that appropriate mechanisms are in place to support our team of trainers
- Ensuring full usage of all available funded training enrolment places
- Ensuring training co-ordinators meet income and expenditure budgets
- Meeting student outcome targets including student retention, student satisfaction and student employment outcomes
- Ensuring appropriateness of training, assessment and associated supports for various cohorts of students experiencing barriers including, but not limited to, students with disability, young people at risk of disengagement, students arriving in Australia as refugees
- Implementing compliance and other continuous improvement measures
- Problem solving a range of staff, student and more complex logistical issues

The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong track record of achieving KPI’s and/or client outcomes directly and through direct reports
- High level problem solving skills
- Proven effectiveness in leading others and working collaboratively with other leaders
- Desire to make a difference
- High work rate and ability to multi task
Whilst intimate understanding of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Management is desirable, it is not essential for candidates that can demonstrate their ability to learn quickly.
