We're searching for a passionate speech therapist interested in joining a growing multi-disciplinary team and helping to accelerate our mission.

THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Provide coaching for parents of children with developmental delays and disabilities, including autism. Our model involves weekly or fortnightly coaching over telehealth.
• Collaboratively develop tailored goals and therapy plans for families
• Provide regular feedback to our product team to help shape the design of our client app and digital tools

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• At least 2+ years experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Bachelors Degree in Speech Therapy
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience with AAC devices (desired but optional)
• Excited to work in an innovative, highly collaborative team environment
• Tech savvy and confident in using digital tools for clinical practice

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary of $95,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
• Annual performance bonus
• Equity ownership in the business
